CH HANNALORE TIGER RAG

Tiger is a 15" blue merle male with a beautiful outline, sound body, and super temperament.

Tiger finished before he was two, with two specialty majors. Handled by Kathy Dziegiel, Tiger has multiple BOBs and multiple Group wins. He won an Award of Merit at Westminster Kennel Club and has several specialty BOS wins. At Interstate SSC, Tiger won his 1st specialty BOB. As he gets older, he keeps getting better and better.

Tiger won the Award of Merit at the 2000 National. His litter sister, Dinah, won Best of Breed. His daughter, Katie (Karefree Singing the Blues), won the 12 to 18 month AOAC class.  

Although Tiger was busy finishing before he was two, he also knew how to have ‘puppy’ fun.  When he was feeling particularly silly and running around, he and his sister would look like they were auditioning for a WWF boxing event.  They learned how to use their front paws (minus the gloves) and started boxing with each other.

Tiger was sillier in his younger days, but on a spring morning he still likes to get Aneita to chase him around the kitchen table and behind her chair.  And apparently he is quite the compassionate love.  He is generous with his puppy kisses and seems to sense when Aneita needs a little TLC and some extra special kisses.

Like many of our shelties, he is a showman who loves to go to a dog and ‘show’.  When showing he always loves his mom but he has a special glow for his handler.  When he is in the ring with his handler he really shines.

Tiger has sired 5 American champions, 2 Canadian champions, an OTCH son, and many other performance puppies.

Aneita loves her blue boy very dearly and of course he knows it. They have their special times which Aneita really cherishes very much.
